Terms and Conditions – “Tottenham Cashback”

1. General Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern participation in the “Tottenham Cashback” promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings assigned to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/pt/brazil/t-c-agreement-for-individuals).

1.2 This Promotion shall be valid from April 16, 2025 to June 30, 2026, inclusive (the “Term”).

2. Definitions

2.1 Eligible User:
“User” refers to any individual over the age of 18 who has successfully completed the identity verification process (KYC) and holds an AstroPay account in their own name.

“Eligible User” refers to those Users who, during the Term, create an account using the referral code “ASTRO10”.

After completing the transactions, the Eligible User shall receive a refund (the “Cashback”), and the corresponding amounts shall be credited to the Eligible User’s AstroPay wallet (the “Wallet”).

3. Promotion Conditions

Eligible Users shall receive 10% (ten percent) Cashback on each of their first three (3) transactions carried out using AstroPay, through either:

• a purchase made with any AstroPay Card; or
• a currency exchange transaction between the currencies available on the platform.

The total accumulated amount of Cashback that an Eligible User may receive during the Promotion shall not exceed BRL 150.00 (one hundred and fifty Brazilian reais).

The Cashback shall be credited in the same currency in which the transaction was carried out, directly to the Eligible User’s Wallet.

4. Security Measures and Customer Support

4.1 If assistance is required, please contact us at support@astropay.com.

4.2 We use only our official channels (the email address mentioned above) to communicate with our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

4.3 Any questions related to privacy may be submitted through this website.

5. AstroPay Rights

5.1 AstroPay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall be effective as of the date of publication.

5.2 If these Terms and Conditions are modified, the User will receive a notification at the email address registered with AstroPay. The User may express their disagreement. If AstroPay does not receive any objection within one (1) month, the new terms shall enter into force.

5.3 This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any disputes related to the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo
