Términos y Condiciones Betwarrior 50% Cashback Mundial de Clubes - Fase Definitiva

1. General Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern participation in the “Betwarrior 50% Cashback – Club World Cup Final Stage” promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings assigned to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/terms-and-conditions).

1.2 This Promotion shall be valid from July 4, 2025 to July 13, 2025, inclusive (the “Term”).

2. Definitions

2.1 “User” refers to any individual over the age of 18 who has successfully completed the identity verification process (KYC) and holds an AstroPay account in their own name.

2.2 “Eligible User” refers to those Users in Argentina who, based on their loyalty segmentation, have been selected to receive this Promotion.

3. Promotion Conditions

3.1 Eligible Users shall be entitled to receive a refund (the “Cashback”) equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the value of purchases or bets made on Betwarrior Argentina during the Term, subject to a maximum cap of ARS 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Argentine pesos) per User for the entire Promotion.

3.2 The Cashback shall be credited to the Eligible User’s AstroPay wallet in accordance with the applicable policies.

3.3 No additional conditions are required to access the Cashback; however, Users must comply with Betwarrior’s general terms of use.

4. Security Measures and Customer Support

4.2 We use only official channels to communicate with our Users. AstroPay will never request passwords or sensitive information via email.

4.3 Any questions related to privacy may be reviewed on our website.

5. AstroPay Rights

5.1 AstroPay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications shall be effective as of the date of publication.

5.2 In the event of any modification, Users shall be notified via their registered email address and may express their rejection. If no rejection is received within thirty (30) days, the new terms shall apply.

5.3 This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and any disputes shall be subject to its exclusive jurisdiction.
