Terms and Conditions for the 10% Cashback Promotion on the First 3 Transactions
1. General Conditions
1.1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern participation in the “10% Cashback on the first 3 transactions with the LOCAL or GLOBAL Card” promotion (the “Promotion”).
1.2. All capitalized terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning assigned to them in the General Terms.
2. Definitions
2.1. “User” refers to any individual over 18 years of age who has completed the identity verification process (KYC) and holds an AstroPay account in their name.
2.2. “Eligible User” refers to Users registered with the guest code (“Guest Code”) associated with this Promotion and who are residents of Argentina.
2.3. “Wallet” means the AstroPay digital wallet.
3. Promotion Conditions
3.1. The Promotion consists of a cashback equivalent to 10% (ten percent) of each of the first 3 (three) transactions made with the LOCAL or GLOBAL Card, carried out within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the Eligible User’s registration date.
3.2. The total accumulated cashback that an Eligible User may receive during the Promotion shall not exceed USD 20 (twenty US dollars).
3.3. The Promotion has no fixed expiration date and will remain valid until the allocated budget is exhausted.
3.4. This Promotion is valid exclusively for Users residing in Argentina who are registered with the associated guest code.
3.5. Users who share devices with others will not be eligible for the Promotion.
4. Security Measures and Customer Support
4.1. For any inquiries, Users may contact support@astropay.com.
4.2. Only official channels are used to communicate with Users; AstroPay will never request passwords or sensitive information.
4.3. Privacy-related inquiries may be made through the AstroPay website.
5. AstroPay Rights
5.1. AstroPay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be valid from the date of publication.
5.2. In case of modifications, Users will be notified via their registered email. If no objection is received within one month, the changes will be deemed accepted.
5.3. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Argentina, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Argentine courts.
