“Deel Cashback” Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern participation in the “Deel Cashback” promotion (the “Promotion”).
All capitalized terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning assigned to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/terms-and-conditions).
This Promotion will be valid from August 25 to August 01, 2026, inclusive (the “Term”).
2. Eligible User
“Eligible User” refers to any individual over 18 years of age who has completed the identity verification process (KYC) and holds an AstroPay account in their name.
“Wallet” refers to the Eligible User’s AstroPay wallet (the “Wallet”).
“Deel” refers to the digital payroll platform through which payroll deposits are made into the Eligible User’s Wallet.
3. Promotion Conditions
Eligible Users will be entitled to receive a cashback equivalent to 1% (one percent) of the value of each payroll deposit received through Deel into their Wallet.
The maximum cashback amount applicable per payroll deposit will be USD 60 (sixty US dollars).
The cashback funds will be credited exclusively to the Eligible User’s Wallet, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

We only use our official channels (the email mentioned above) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

5. AstroPay Rights
AstroPay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will become effective from the date of publication.
If these Terms and Conditions are modified, the User will be notified via their registered email address. The User may express their rejection. If AstroPay does not receive any objection within one month, the new terms will apply.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
