Terms and conditions "GOAT Box Raffle"
1. General conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") regulate the way of participating in the GOAT Box Raffle (the "Promotion"). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://astropay.com/terms-conditions).
This Promotion will be valid from June 11th, 2026, until July 19th, 2026, inclusive (the "Term"). The raffle draw will take place on July 21st, 2026, via AstroPay's official Instagram channel.
2. Eligible User
"User" means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.
"Eligible User" refers to Users who (i) have received a communication about the Promotion from AstroPay, (ii) hold an active Infinite membership, and (iii) have their account registered in Argentina.
Eligible Users can earn Raffle Chances by spending with their AstroCard or AstroCard Global during the Term, as described in Section 3.
3. Promotion Conditions
Eligible Users will automatically accumulate Raffle Chances based on their card spend during the Term. No AstroPoints exchange or manual redemption is required.
For every $10,000 ARS spent using their AstroCard or AstroCard Global, the Eligible User will receive 1 (one) Raffle Chance. Eligible Users can accumulate an unlimited number of Raffle Chances during the Term. Each Raffle Chance represents one additional entry into the Raffle draw.
The Prize will be awarded to 1 (one) Winner. The Prize consists of the GOAT Box, which includes: an official signed football shirt, a UEFA Champions League miniature trophy, and additional collectible items as described in the GOAT Box contents at the time of the Promotion.
The Winner will be selected through a random algorithm which will consider all Eligible Users who meet the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place live on AstroPay's official Instagram account on July 21st, 2026.
The Prize must be claimed within 24 hours of the announcement. If unclaimed within this period, the Prize will expire and a new Winner may be selected.
This Promotion is not combinable with other promotions or benefits unless expressly stated.

We only use our official channels (email mentioned above) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.
Any questions about privacy may be consulted on AstroPay's website.
5. AstroPay's Rights
AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.
If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement at their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals within one month, the new terms will be applied.
This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
