Terms and Conditions of the Tiendamia promotion

1. General Conditions:

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern participation in the "Cashback with Tiendamia" promotion (the "Promotion"). All capitalized terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning assigned to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/terms-and-conditions).

2. Eligible User:

“User” means any individual over the age of 18 who has completed the KYC process and holds an AstroPay account in their name.

“Eligible User” refers to Users who have received a communication from AstroPay regarding the Promotion during the Term (the “Communication”) and have made a purchase on Tiendamia using an AstroCard, whether local or global.

Once the purchase is completed, a cashback (the “Cashback”) will be granted and the funds will be deposited into the Eligible User’s AstroPay wallet (the “Wallet”) within forty-eight hours.

3. Promotion Conditions:

This Promotion will be valid for the period specified in the official Communication sent to users for each promotional campaign (the “Term”). The exact start and end dates will be detailed in the Communication.

Eligible Users will be granted Cashback if they make a purchase on Tiendamia using any AstroCard as indicated in the AstroPay communication.

The maximum Cashback amount per Eligible User will be 20 USD per month.

To access this Promotion, a minimum purchase of 40 USD is required.

This Promotion cannot be combined with other benefits.

If the Eligible User does not make a purchase during the Term, the Promotion will expire.

We only use our official channels (the email address mentioned above) to communicate with our users. AstroPay will never ask for passwords or credit card information.

5. AstroPay Rights:

AstroPay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be valid from the date of their publication.

If these Terms and Conditions are modified, the User will receive a notice to their registered email address. Users may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive a refusal within one month, the new terms will apply.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of Argentina, and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
