Terms and Conditions 100% Promotion for Moovit subscription
- General Conditions
- These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern participation in the “100% Cashback on Moovit Subscription” promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings assigned to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/terms-and-conditions).
- Territorial Scope and Duration
- The Promotion is valid exclusively for Users residing in Argentina. The validity period of the Promotion shall be from August 11, 2025 to November 11, 2025, inclusive (the “Term”).
- Definitions
- “User” refers to any individual over the age of 18 who has successfully completed the identity verification process (KYC) and holds an AstroPay account in their own name.
- “Eligible User” refers to Users who pay for the Moovit monthly subscription using AstroPay with an AstroPay card, whether local or global.
- “Cashback” refers to a refund equal to 100% of the amount paid for the Moovit monthly subscription using AstroPay, which shall be credited to the Eligible User’s Wallet.
- Promotion Conditions
- 4.1 Eligible Users shall receive a refund equivalent to 100% of the value of each Moovit subscription paid with AstroPay, up to a maximum of three (3) subscriptions during the Term (one per month).
- 4.2 The maximum total amount of Cashback that an Eligible User may receive during the Term is USD 4.47 (equivalent to USD 1.49 per subscription, multiplied by three (3) months).
- 4.3 The Cashback shall be credited to the Eligible User’s Wallet within seventy-two (72) hours following confirmation of payment.
- 4.4 The Promotion shall apply only to payments made with AstroPay cards, whether local or global.

- 5.2 AstroPay uses only its official channels to communicate with its Users and will never request passwords or sensitive information.
- 5.3 Any questions related to privacy may be submitted through this website.
- AstroPay Rights
- 6.1 AstroPay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with such changes becoming effective as of the date of publication.
- 6.2 In the event of any modification, Users shall be notified via their registered email address and may express their objection. If no objection is received within a period of one (1) month, the new terms shall be deemed accepted.
- 6.3 This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, and any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Argentina.
