‍1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the C.A. Card Raffle (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://astropay.com/terms-conditions/?lang=en)

This Promotion will be valid from May 10^th, 2024, until June 9^th, 2024, inclusive (the “Term”).

2. Eligible User

“User” means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

“Eligible User” refers to Users who (i) have received a communication with the Promotion from AstroPay and (ii) hold the Flex or Goat AstroPay Card (the “Card”) and have performed a purchase during the Term.

Eligible Users can earn one ticket to participate in the lottery (the “Lottery”) once they perform a purchase with their Card and they will have the opportunity to win the Lottery prize (the “Prize”).

3. Promotion Conditions

Eligible Users will earn one Lottery ticket if they spend at least US$ 1 (one American dollar) or the equivalent in their local currency spent on Eligible Transactions using their Card during the Term. By earning it during the Term they will be participating for the Lottery’s Prize.

Elegible Users can also buy tickets with AstroPoints.

In order to be eligible transactions (“Eligible Transactions”), the US$ 1 (one American dollar) or the equivalent in the Eligible Users’ local currency spent to earn the Lottery ticket cannot be canceled or refunded.

The Prize will be limited to 10 (the “Winners”) and each Winner can only win once during the Term.

This Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

4. Promotion mechanics

Eligible Users will earn one Lottery ticket if they spend at least US$ 1 (one American dollar) or the equivalent in their local currency spent on Eligible Transactions using their Card during the Term. The number of Lottery tickets will be calculated based on the total cumulative Eligible Transactions during the Term.  

Each Winner will win 1 general admission ticket for match Argentina vs. Perú, on June 29th, 2024 (the “Prize”). The Prize also includes a round-trip flight to Miami in economic class from the airport detailed in AstroPay’s communication, hotel accommodation and medical insurance.

The Prize does not include costs associated with arriving at the airport, nor any meals. Immigration costs, passport costs, and/or visa costs are not included.

The Winners will be selected through a programming language algorithm which will consider the Eligible Users’ who meet the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions. The raffles will be done every Monday, through AstroPay’s Instagram, from May 20^th, until June 10^th, 2024.

The Winners will be contacted through WhatsApp message, email, and push notification during the next 48 hours from each raffle and will have to claim the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours from the contact. Within these twenty-four (24) hours, the Winners will have to confirm and send a valid proof that they have a passport and/or tourist visa to enter the United States. If a Winner fails to claim and/or confirm this, the Prize will be raffled again.

The Prize is non-transferable; in case of not complying with the passport or visa requirements, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

By accepting the prize, winners grant AstroPay the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of them or by them during or in connection with the event, for promotional purposes on various media platforms including, but not limited to, social media, without further compensation or notice.

6. AstroPay’s Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") regulate the way of participating for the GOAT Birthday – Copa America (the "Promotion"). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://astropay.com/terms-conditions/?lang=en).

This Promotion will be valid from June 13th, 2024, until June 18th, 2024, inclusive (the "Term").

2. Eligible Participant

Eligible Participant means any "X" user that has replied to AstroPay's post in the "X" account "@astropay_arg" with reference to this Promotion (the "Post").

3. Promotion Mechanics and Conditions

3 (three) Eligible Participants will be unilaterally selected at AstroPay's discretion as the best answers to the Post's prompt (the "Selected Candidates"). Astropay shall have exclusive discretion to decide the Selected Candidates. AstroPay's decisions in this regard will be final and binding. No party shall question, object to, or lodge any complaints regarding the selection criteria used by AstroPay, nor the users selected.

The Selected Candidates will participate in an "X" poll created by AstroPay in the "X" account "@astropay_arg", in which any user of "X" will be able to vote for the Selected Candidate they choose as having the best response to the Post (the "Poll"). The Selected Candidate with more votes in the Poll (the "Winner"), will win 1 admission ticket for match Argentina vs. Perú, on June 29th, 2024 (the "Prize"). The Prize also includes a round-trip flight to Miami in economic class from the airport detailed in AstroPay's communication, hotel accommodation and medical insurance. The Winner will be announced through "X" and "Instagram" on June 18th and will have to claim the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours from the announcement. Within these twenty-four (24) hours, the Winner will have to confirm and send a valid proof that he/she has a passport and/or tourist visa to enter the United States. If a Winner fails to claim and/or confirm this, the Prize will be awarded at AstroPay's sole discretion. The Prize is non-transferable; in case of not complying with the passport or visa requirements, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.The Winners agrees that AstroPay may use his/her image and the image of his/her companion for multimedia content that will be uploaded to AstroPay's social networks.No party shall question, object to, or lodge any complaints regarding the selection criteria for deciding the Winner, nor the designated Winner. AstroPay reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the Promotion at any timewithout notice.
