Terms and conditions “Ontop Cashback”
1. General conditions:
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the Ontop Cashback promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://astropay.com/terms-conditions)
This Promotion is valid from January 30th, 2025, until April 30th, 2025, inclusive (the “Term”).
“Wallet”: means AstroPay virtual wallet.
“Ontop”: means the global platform used for payroll and workforce management.
“Cashout”: means the action of transferring funds from Ontop to the AstroPay Wallet.
2. Eligible User
“User” means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.
“Eligible User” refers to Users who have received a communication from AstroPay with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term.
3. Promotion conditions and mechanics
Eligible Users will receive a 1% (one percent) Cashback if they perform a Cashout from Ontop to their Wallet during the Term.
The Cashback will be up to US$ 60 (sixty American dollars) or the equivalent in their local currency per Eligible User per month during the Term.
The Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

We only use our official channels (email mentioned before) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.
Any questions about privacy may be consulted on AstroPay’s official website.
5. AstroPay’s Rights
AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.
If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.
This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
