Terms and conditions “June 10% Cashback”

1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the June 10% Cashback Promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/terms-and-conditions)

This Promotion is valid from June 5th 2025 until June 30th 2025 inclusive (the “Term”).

“Wallet”: means AstroPay virtual wallet.

2. Eligible User

“User” means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

“Eligible User” refers to Users who have received a communication with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term.

3. Promotion conditions‍

Eligible Users will receive a 10% (ten percent) Cashback if they perform a deposit in the merchant identified in AstroPay’s communication during the Term. 

The Cashback will be up to US$ 50 (fifty American dollars) or the equivalent in their local currency per Eligible User during the Term. 

The Cashback will be deposited in the Eligible Users’ Wallet within 24 hours from the deposit in the Eligible Users’ Wallet.   

The Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

5. AstroPay’s Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of the Isle of Man and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
